I'm listening to Dio. If you know, then you know. Not only am I listening to Dio, it's a DVD called Dio: Evil or Divine. I have no excuse. I am's what I am's.

I wasn't able to "blog" yesterday due to the fact that I had to go to the emergency room. Ah, being suddenly sick is... well, it's not really an eye opener if you think it's part of the way things go for you. You'd like it to be. But it's not.

I'm still tinkering with the look of this thing. And soon I hope to have it intergrated into my site. And I also hope to have a brand new site that's a cross between the current flash site and my old site. I hope to avoid flash as much as possible. I just don't feel it's out there enough on enough computers.

OS. You have one or you couldn't read this. Most of you, if there is a you, are using Microsoft. Win 98 I'd bet. XP if you're lucky, Home Edition probably. I have XP Pro. But it's not what I like to use. I'm typing this post while in Linux, Mandrake 9.1 (soon to be 9.2). I am a Linux person. I hate M$. Got a Virus? Got's Bill's Lament?

Once you learn what's under the hood, you start to understand smoke and mirrors, you start to understand Microsoft. Linux isn't for everybody. Macs aren't for everybody. But when there are problems, unbelievable problems with one OS, you start to think that maybe things are they way they are on purpose or folly. I do not have enough time to patch every problem that arises out of Redmond (where M$ is headed). And there aren't enough patches for all the problems. It's a Hackers paradise out there. And if you're running any M$ OS, you're prime victim number 1. Just wait. It's going to get worse.

I'm off to write code. I hope to have everything the way I want it soon. Then that'll change. It always does.  ¶ 2:24 AM
