Well, I'm still here. We still have power. The rain has built to a solid downpour. There is slight flooding, but nothing to affect driving yet, which people continue to do. The wind had just died down. For the last few hours, it's been more than a breeze with gusts every few seconds. Now it's calm. I guess we're out of a rain band for a bit. I'll post more later if I can.
