I'm pretty sure I'm done with FedEx. You do get what you pay for. Free shipping with FedEx means that if they in the neighborhood and know exactly where you live, they might stop by. But if your house number isn't easily visible from the road, they're not going to do math to found out where you live. If you live at address 5 and they see address 4 and address 6, they're not going to stop and see if the house in between is address 5.
And forget about contacting them. They want you to call a number and wait and wait and wait. But you can email them. Oh yes. Want to know their email address? No joke, it's webmaster@fedex.com.
