YouTube has gone widescreen, which kind of makes all my videos look worse than before. They need to have a replace video option like Vimeo so that many of us can replace the old 4:3 video for higher quality 16:9. Also, they need to up the video limit from 100 megs to at least 200 megs. My first attempts at widescreen video resulted in 104 meg video. YouTube also needs to have a How-To section like Vimeo that shows settings for Adobe Premiere and Final Cut.
Never the less, here's my first attempt. Yes, it's Sarah Palin as the Turkey Slayer. Audio is the band Slayer preforming "Raining Blood" live.

It's nice they are giving us more options, but they're not making it clear on how to use them. I had to use &fmt=22 at the end of links for the HD version. And to embed the HD video, I had to add &ap=%2526fmt%3D22 to the links and change the width and height to 635 by 380, which is a guess.
